Body itch & sore throat, do I have an STD?

We literally had sex for 10 seconds two months ago. And now I have some body itch (all over) and a sore throat for a few weeks. Not sure if these discomforts are unrelated but it's making me nervous. Are these symptoms of an STD? I'm going to the doctors but in the meantime I'd like some quick answers.
