About to start masters program and I can't find a job!?

I'm 22 years old and I graduated with a B.S. in Biology in May. I got accepted into a Masters program in Philadelphia and I've been looking for work in the city since I found out about the acceptance in late April. Granted, I'm only 2 months into my job search but I MUST find employment because the program doesn't offer any assistance except for loans, which will just barely cover tuition if i take out the max, forget food and a place to live. I've applied to every lab technician, research assistant and healthcare administrative assistant job in Philly but only had 1 interview so far and didn't get the job (they interviewed 20+ candidates). Competition seems fierce but I don't know if I should apply in a different field entirely and if they would even hire me. Should I start applying in shoe stores/clothing stores/starbucks and other "regular" jobs that don't require my degree? Since its scientific I think I'd be off the radar for other positions. I start school in August so I'm running out of time. Do I ride out the biology storm or get an unrelated job until I earn my Masters???

A few weeks ago I was driving down the road when my oil light started flashing and there was a loud humming noise. The noise got louder as I went faster. My oil light kept flashing and the noise got louder and louder until it suddenly faded and the car shut off. There wasn't a big bang or anything, it just faded stopped running. It wouldn't start after that. We put oil in it and tried to jump start it but it still won't start. Hi guys, recently I've realized I want to embrace Jesus Christ as my savior, and follow the Holy Spirits wish. The thing is I originally was not Christian I was born Buddhist, and then was an atheist. And I feel horrible for not have believing in God. The thing is I asked a friend for proof that God exist, and he told me that the priest at his church told him that the Universe is so complex and percise, and that everything is perfect, and that if were were even a little closer to the sun or a little farther Earth would not be inhabitable, and so its crazy to say that this world just happened by luck from the big bang. The thing is I was thinking about that, and I realized something. Eventually the sun is going to explode, and we would die. And also there are galaxies headed our way which will collide and kill us. And granted none of these things will happen in the near future they are inevitable. So that has me wondering if this Universe really is not as perfect as we think. Cause there so much that could go wrong. Why would God have made it that way? I feel horrible for doubting the Holy Spirit, and Jesus, and I wish I had more Faith. Can a faithful Christian please help me with this. I wish to embrace Jesus as my savior.

After switching to New Yahoo Mail (version??), within 2 days I could not attach any files to new email and now cannot open the 'Inbox'. Login appears to function OK, but when I click on the Inbox, its completely blank (rest of page around the margins is unchanged). Most of the action buttons are non-functional, although 'Signout' still seems to work. I want to return to the previous version of email so that I have some vital functionality. Maybe this is my lesson for depending on a free email service (you get what you pay for?). If I'm walking and a child steps in front of me I merely step around having plenty of time. My own home's the reason I have issues?

I have abuse, DSS, affair, violent, scary issues in my home, have two legit AD HD & ADD siblings who always treat me like crap, verbally and physically. My parents, especially my dad, verbally abuse me. Fat, stupid, lazy brat, sh*t, idiot, moron, spoiled, moose, as*, fag got, you name it. When I was 6-7 my dad would threaten to break my jaw or would show me a wall and say he'd put me through it. They always depend on me for stuff they need, I'm only a fifteen year-old boy, i feel like an adult. I've learn to cook, clean, sew, babysit, laundry, mow the lawn, groceries, pet care, and get badgered when something isn't done or something isn't done right. Now, I make sure EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE is perfect, and if it isn't, I'm deeply disappointed in myself. I'm always nervous around my family because something is bound to get ugly. Now, I worry about everything 24/7, some things that aren't even bound to happen. The most disturbing and twisted words, subjects, and images pop in my head, and I can't help but dwell on them, and still do. Panic attacks have become a regular thing for me now. I was deeply depressed from 8-14 years old. My friends got me help when I started thinking of suicide. I didn't tell my friends and they never found out about that. I've had trouble sleeping, worries, and panic attacks since I was maybe 10. I haven't trusted my dad since I was 4. i'm losing faith in my mom. My grandmother, who is the only one that understands me is in the hospital, my siblings drive me to drink. I apologize to everyone, even when they tell me it's okay or I've done nothing wrong, I ignore that. When I don't do something close to perfect, someone compliments me, I either block out their comment or contradict their comment. It's to this this point that I have GAD, OCD, and if I don't do something about it, and I'd hate to go back to feeling that way, I'm on the brink on falling back into depression.

Today, I just received my In-Styler from Tre Milano cause I ordered it from thier website a week or so ago. Today, I just used it and I watched the DVD while I was doing my hair also before and everything because I wanted to make sure I didn't burn myself because there is nothing to protect your skin from the heated barrel . I was doing my side bang to be extra careful because it's so close to my skin . Then the barrel rubbed up on my skin and took my skin clean off !! I mean it was off !! Rules of establishing paternity in Georgia?

My son is almost 2yrs old(21months) now. His father was present at the hospital when he was born but he did not sign the birth certificate because he did not have a valid GA ID on him. Father of Son(my ex) arrested last Friday, need custody advice.?

I was with my ex from March '07, until March of '09, during which time we had a son in Jan. '09. I left him in March 09, due to his extreme partying and drug use. There was a huge fight and the cops escorted me and my son out, and I moved into a 3 bedroom trailer that I rent from my parents. Right after we left, my ex went back to Ontario for 4 months, and during this time we did not hear from him. He has since not seen our son, except on MSN once about 4 months ago. He hasn't called or attempted to contact us in about 4 months. Last Friday, my ex was arrested and charged with Possession of $15 000 worth of Cocaine and some Marijuana. His trial is next week. In Spetember of 2008 he was charged with possession of Ecstacy. He has priors in Ontario for assault causing bodily harm and posession of illegal weapons. He also had a warrant in our town for an unrelated charge, and he still has an outstanding warrant from Ontario from 2007. Tragus Piercing Complications?

I got my Tragus piercing re-done (had semi closed up) yesterday and temporarily lost my hearing in that ear, woke up in the night with a terrible earache, was wondering if anyone else may have had these complications arise after this piercing, or if they may be unrelated? The area is sore (to be expected) but not infected, and cleansed as instructed with soap and water. Ideas what may have caused this? (When I got the original piercing done 10 years ago I had no issues whatsoever)

My own home's the reason I have issues?

I have abuse, DSS, affair, violent, scary issues in my home, have two legit AD HD & ADD siblings who always treat me like crap, verbally and physically. My parents, especially my dad, verbally abuse me. Fat, stupid, lazy brat, sh*t, idiot, moron, spoiled, moose, as*, fag got, you name it. When I was 6-7 my dad would threaten to break my jaw or would show me a wall and say he'd put me through it. They always depend on me for stuff they need, I'm only a fifteen year-old boy, i feel like an adult. I've learn to cook, clean, sew, babysit, laundry, mow the lawn, groceries, pet care, and get badgered when something isn't done or something isn't done right. Now, I make sure EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE is perfect, and if it isn't, I'm deeply disappointed in myself. I'm always nervous around my family because something is bound to get ugly. Now, I worry about everything 24/7, some things that aren't even bound to happen. The most disturbing and twisted words, subjects, and images pop in my head, and I can't help but dwell on them, and still do. Panic attacks have become a regular thing for me now. I was deeply depressed from 8-14 years old. My friends got me help when I started thinking of suicide. I didn't tell my friends and they never found out about that. I've had trouble sleeping, worries, and panic attacks since I was maybe 10. I haven't trusted my dad since I was 4. i'm losing faith in my mom. My grandmother, who is the only one that understands me is in the hospital, my siblings drive me to drink. I apologize to everyone, even when they tell me it's okay or I've done nothing wrong, I ignore that. When I don't do something close to perfect, someone compliments me, I either block out their comment or contradict their comment. It's to this this point that I have GAD, OCD, and if I don't do something about it, and I'd hate to go back to feeling that way, I'm on the brink on falling back into depression.

About 3 months ago my mom took me to this hair college to get my hair straightened permanently. What should I do about this elderly cat?

I posted two unrelated questions with different issues about our animals and how careless the owner is. But, this cat is in one of the worst shapes. She looks as if nothing is wrong with her and she is extremely old. She hardly gets any attention but today I decided to go and spend some time with her. Her fur is EXTREMELY dirty. I cannot express how dirty it is. The owner claims "she is too old to clean herself" but that's really not a good thing. She has very long fur and many sticky, hard substances are getting caught in there. She also cannot enter a litter box. We tried buying one without a lid but the other cats use it and she won't interact with other cats. She won't even eat out of the same bowl. So, she decides to use the bathroom on the floor. It's really bad. Not sure what to do. If you tell me to go to a vet... sorry to say, I'm 12 and the owner isn't the best owner out there. I've discussed this problem but she doesn't do anything about it. She won't even take my dog to the vet to check for parasites even though he had them before and he still had eggs in his stool.
