Why do people put "Ramadan" in the front of questions on here?

I've seen several question asked, about different topics with Ramadan and then followed by the question. Why is this? I thought Ramadan was the month and time for fasting and worship, yet some questions asked with Ramadan in the title have been completely unrelated to it.
