Can I do anything to stop my neighbour setting animal traps?

You could try treating the neighbors property with repellant, to minimize the animal visits. Cats detest Vicks Salve. I know my cats hate it. You might try squirting repellant on the traps. How do your other neighbors feel about this. Maybe a group of neighbors can put pressure on this animal hater. It is hard to get understanding wih a hateful person.
