Do I have spyware? d?

The tech guy at my school (who happens to be wonderful for fixing my computer when I screw it up) has put a program on my laptop called Malwarebytes. It is a free program that you can download off the internet and it gets rid of all of the "crap" in your computer. I usually run it once a month to remove anything that in unwanted in my computer. It is wonderful!
