go to Microsoft support you still have a virus xp home security virus i had a windows vista recovery virus and one of the techs shared my desk top and After about 3 hrs was able to remove it but it still damaged some files. you might try malawarebytes free virus removal tool but the virus hides itself in your files you may have to run a program that finds hidden files best let microsoft do it its free if you have a good copy of windows
